واحة حميمة في أقدم منطقة في اسطنبول. انغمس في الهدوء والسكينة في منطقة السلطان أحمد التاريخية في إسطنبول. يقع مقر إقامتنا ذو الطراز الكلاسيكي الجديد، الغارق في التراث الذي يعود إلى قرن من الزمان، على بعد خطوات فقط من المعالم الشهيرة مثل المسجد الأزرق وآيا صوفيا. تحت الرعاية اليقظة لفريق فورسيزونز لدينا، ستجد مساحة يتناغم فيها التاريخ مع وسائل الراحة المعاصرة. ستنتقل إلى عالم من الأناقة والسحر الدائمين، وسط أنغام زقزقة العصافير في فناءنا.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثا وقراءة.

يفضل اللغة الثانية.

تعد مهارات الكمبيوتر ومهارات MS Office ومعرفة Outlook وOpera أمرًا ضروريًا.

مهارات الكتابة المتوسطة.

     • Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.
     • Second language is preferred.
     • Computer skills, MS Office skills, Outlook and Opera knowledge is essential.
     • Intermediate typing skills.

     Responsibilities

     • Manage the flow of guests.
     • Able to recognize guests and memorize their names and preferences.
     • Track station assignments and seating rotation.
     • Assist managers and supervisors with administrative duties.
     • Book reservations and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
     • Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous fashion.
     • Display a pleasant disposition at all times.
     • Ensure the needs of waiting guests are met.
     • Provide guests with sincere advice and obliging recommendations.
     • Assist with ‘to go’ orders.
     • Monitor the open sections of the lounge for empty and cleaned tables.
     • Maintain a stocked, tidy and clean work area at all times.
     • Work as a contributing team member and act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
